Stunning and beautiful location close to the Dam, met the demands.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was great as it was close to the dam. During the summer, I can imagine how lovely it would be to spend time near the dam. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were equipped with basic amenities and I particularly enjoyed sitting on the veranda, which offered a nice place to relax in relative privacy. Lastly, breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from.

Everything was satisfactory.

Staff were amicable, atmosphere was special, it had magnificent location very close to the sea, sea and sun coast, and South Africa. The room was brand-new, neat with electric blankets. I had comfortable bed, central heating, a personal safe, and multi-channel TV...

Disappointing aspect was cold bathroom.

The location of this accommodation is perfect for a summer getaway, as it is situated right next to a beautiful dam. Guests can enjoy scenic walks and relaxing swims near the dam area for a refreshing holiday. some of the units have breathtaking views of the surrounding areas, making it a great spot for photo enthusiasts.

Some minor issues exist regarding the parking arrangement. the staff seemed to have issues with organizing the parking system, which can be frustrating who had to keep moving their car around.

The view of the lake was nice, and the location was convenient for our romantic getaway. We felt the car was safe and appreciated the quiet atmosphere. the gardens were attractive and well-maintained.

Our room was not up to par. There were insects all over the place, and the bedding and curtains were dirty.

Christmas at this hotel was great! The views were stunning, with beautiful scenery all around. We had a lovely time enjoying the natural surroundings, and local attractions like the nearby beach. The food was fantastic, and we really enjoyed the local cuisine. We also liked the fact that the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We did have a few small complaints during our time at the hotel. The room could have been cleaner, and some of the furniture was a bit old and worn.
